Jason Hine on what to do, if you don’t know how to love today

Here’s the text, for those who have difficulty seeing Facebook links:-

“If you don’t know how to love today or you are stressed, or in sadness or can’t feel your heart today, then just do some tiny thing, some little thing that takes you in the direction towards the heart. You don’t have to make it some enormous abstract thing. Make it some real bodily love. Just do what you love. Stroke a mammal or your own body, take a bath, spend some time on the earth and watch a dragonfly circle over a river, follow a body sensation or movement with curiosity, reach out to an ally, take tiny steps towards love and love will in its own time surely come and find you.”

Yes. Thank you Jason.
