Pema Chödrön – Getting Unstuck

The writer has read a fair amount by Pema Chödrön, but this is the first time she has heard her speak….liking her energies, and the sense she gives of groundedness in herself.

This is a useful talk on the importance of allowing ourselves to experience uncomfortable feeling, and specifically fear – as the gateway to compassion and what she calls ‘sanity’. Of course these ideas are also present in person-centred.
