Toko-pa – Redeeming Medicine of Dark Dreams

Interesting post from Toko-pa about her beginnings with dream work, which is so key to her own work and practice now:-

‘The deeper I went into my own darkness, the richer my life became.’

Or, as Jung puts it:-

“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”
